I have bought floral arrangements for my home forever. I usually use the popular florist on Elm St. The last several years I have been less then impressed. I stopped into Jaques on a whim and I am over the moon happy that I did! The quality, fragrance and absolutely beautiful arrangement is top shelf! Not to mention the lovely customer service from the 2 sisters :)

I had the pleasure of joining the Jacques Team for the Valentine’s Day holiday. I was extremely impressed with how warmly I was welcomed, but more so how well the entire team works together. The energy was high, spirits jovial, everyone helping each other to achieve the common goal—to share the love of flowers. This experience made me think of Santa and all of his helpers in the workshop. My time there was short. I had the pleasure of delivering their masterpiece designs to many lucky customers. I had a family member pass suddenly and chose to visit Jacques to see if they could make an arrangement in time for the services. Aimee and her team at Jacques were phenomenal. I had a low budget for my wedding flowers, but still wanted gorgeous real flower bouquets. Aimee was very friendly and responsive to my ideas and used her professional knowledge to put together 4 spectacular bouquets under budget. Could not recommend them enough!

I booked with Jacques for my wedding 5/14/23 and I can’t say enough good things! They made the process super easy from start to finish and were extremely transparent about their very reasonable pricing. But what really made the difference is that the KINDEST couple delivered our very large order for our wedding party of 29 an hour away. They were so clearly happy for us. This has always been a fantastic local florist. They have been there for me most of my life. I used to walk there to buy my mom flowers for special occasions, or when I might have done something bad. Now I stop in to buy beautiful arrangements for my wife. They never disappoint.

Stunning red roses!! Ordered 12 for a birthday gift which I'm sure they do a million times/year but it was my first time ordering flowers for anyone. The woman on the phone was super nice and helpful, and I got same day pickup! Will definitely be back to check out the rest of the selection of plants/flowers!!

Don’t live in NH anymore, so googled for florists that would deliver to my aunt’s workplace for her birthday. Jacques popped up, and after seeing the reviews I chose them. It was definitely a great choice! They were able to do same day delivery. The woman on the phone was so nice as well. My aunt loved the arrangement, and sent me a photo. The flowers are definitely good quality. Great business.

1-29 Sunday morning I walked in with my 5 yr old grandson to buy flowers for his mother who just had his new sister. Your staff of 2 women treated him like a Prince. He even picked out a pink Gorilla for his new sister. They were so nice to him, thank you for making that day even better

Jacques is always my go to for flower delivery! I've spent so much money at other florists and was consistently so disappointed when I saw what was delivered. That all ended when I found Jacques. I have always been more than pleased and very proud of what is provided from this wonderful florist. Every penny you pay for an arrangement is worth it!

I am so lucky that Jacques was able to design my wedding bouquet and the flowers for my bridesmaids! I went to them with a few photos as a vision and they made it even better than I could've imagined! They worked within my budget for flowers for my girls and made the most beautiful arrangements. I went to this floral shop to get some flowers for a loss in my family and also to cheer up someone. The associate was super nice, very helpful and did a beautiful job making the arrangements. She even helped me carry them to my vehicle. The wonderful customer service and attention to detail was spot on. She did an excellent job!

What can I say about Paul and Nancy? (and their whole family by the way) I look for commonalities when I am at a business: that they are in line with my own perspective (and that is not to say I am perfect, it is to say that in my life I look for people who have the right energy and treat people with the utmost care.) My lovely and I visited Jacques 2 years ago, as we wanted to familiarize ourselves in the floral industry but knew if we did it locally it would be perceived differently than our intent; simply to see what other shops do, and how they treat people. We saw 5 places on our trip 2 years ago, and the stand alone in the NH area we visited, was Jacques. From the minute we walked in, until we left 2 HOURS later, they were incredibly gracious with their knowledge and time. We have visited about 20 flower shops in the past 2 years, and they are still #1 in our book from the overall feel, to the warm and friendly atmosphere. So why 2 years later am I writing a review/ Like most businesses, we have had a hiccup on our supply chain. we have been without (we had a 1/2 a piece left last night) and our supplier had kept putting off getting us what we need in the height of a very busy Christmas season. I called Paul, I hoped that he had some to spare, but he was my first call. MIND YOU- he really doesn't know me; he knew of me and Kate as it was his wife Nancy that took us in the floral creation area and told us about their history and all that they do locally. He said "I was in the area Yesterday, had I known I would've dropped it off for you" Is that not incredible? Is that not what you strive to hear from someone. He did it and said it without reservation. I drove to see him, got to talk a little bit, he rung me up for a box and my girls (and our flower shop) are able to keep rolling with all the business coming in. I am thankful for his help, I am appreciative of his business (and sincerely- his granddaughter (I think) was super sweet as he was on the phone when I arrived. She didn't hide in a corner while I waited, she stayed and talked with me about the flower shop, the season and the poinsettias (of which there appears to be a sea of them in all sizes). Amazing people, Amazing business and they will be a place I will recommend to ANYONE in that area to be taken care of as if you were at an upscale resort, without the '"fake" nice... it is very real. I have ordered flowers several times from Jaques Flower Shop. I live in AZ and like to send something "special" at holidays, birthdays and "just because" to my Sister in Law be cause she is very "Special" to me. I am always so surprised as well, when my S-I-L sends me pictures of whatever has been delivered....it always looks more beautiful than it did on the website. I have even received a phone call when one of the Willow Tree figurines that I had ordered on the website, was out of stock so I was able to select another which was just as beautiful and the delivery was made on time with some extra roses added to a small 3 rose vase that was just such a sweet gesture. It's not only the beautiful arrangements, gifts or planters that are AMAZING, but the personal touch that each order has received down to the delivery. I am getting ready to order Christmas flowers today as we will all be able to gather in NH for the first time in two years. I know that whatever I order, it will be beautiful as always!!
